Progressive Conversation... Faithers in Action
A “Current Events” discussion group that applies United Methodist process and beliefs to current faith issues and world events. Weekly study guides are emailed to participants so each person has a chance to read the material prior to meeting, aiding the conversation through this common source of information. Progressive Conversation… Faithers in Action (formerly Faithlinks) motivates Christians to consider their personal views on important issues and encourages them to act on their convictions.
Join this lively group from 10:30 – 11:10 am on Sunday Mornings (October through April) to share insights on current topics in often spirited discussions! This group meets in The Conference Room.
RxEKNEW
RxEKNEW is a line by line study and discussion of the book of Genesis — when we’re not off discussing the numerous topics and ideas that are inspired by the text. The class is led by Pastor David, but often the best part is the dynamic discussion and class input!
- Rx – it’s the prescription for your curiosity about what’s in the Bible.
- Re-knew – it’s revisiting ideas and stories you only thought you knew.
- Renew – fresh insights for your spiritual journey!
RxEKNEW meets in the Education Building (the portable building North of the playground) from 10:30 to 11:10 every Sunday morning from October through April.
